Stall Reservations
Stall reservations will be taken starting July 1, 2008. When you call to make your reservations,
please let Cheri know if you are bringing stallions and how many, and if you will be needing
shavings, and how many bags you would like for each stall. Your stalls will then have the bags of
shavings put into them before your arrival. Please let her know if you have any preferences for where
you would like to be placed and those preferences for stall placement will be reserved when she
receives payment for your reservations. First pay, first served. Let her know if you are interested
in a tack stall and if we have available stalls, we will be more than happy to give you a tack stall when
you arrive. We are changing the way that you will pay for your stalls this year, if you have
not sent in your stall reservation check before hand. You will pay for your stalls
and bedding upon check in with Cheri Craig. She will then take you to your stalls
and unlock them at that time.
She will be staying on the grounds in her camper.
Cheri’s phone numbers are: Home (307) 837-2012 / Cell (307) 575-2418.
Cheri’s email address is: craigs@prairieweb.com
Parking area on the south side of the stables.
Goshen County charges users of the electrical hook up sites, a fee. You will be required to pay that
fee to the grounds manager. Refusal to pay that fee to the individual when they come around to
collect, will cause you to have to remove your vehicle from that location. Those sites are not free.
Directions:
From Cheyenne: Take 25 North to Exit 17 (Hwy 85). Go North on 85 approximately 85 miles.
When you get into Torrington keep going straight until you get to the first stoplight.
Make a left at that light onto West Valley Road (you will be on the north side of the railroad tracks) .
Fairgrounds will be on the right side approximately one mile.
Host Hotel: Days Inn

Let them know you are with the “Wyoming Appaloosa” to receive a 10% discount for meals and
rooms. For some reason, they did not enter us into the computer as the Big Wyoming Appaloosa
Horse Club so if you tell them that and they enter it into the computer as such, it will not give
you the discount, so you need to say “Wyoming Appaloosa”. Also, only call the local Torrington
phone number and not the Days Inn “800” reservation number because they do not
have this special offer through the “800” number. Pets are allowed.
We are also planning on having a get together after the show on Saturday night in the
hospitality room at the restaurant at the Days Inn from 6 - 10 pm.
There will be a taco bar available. Price should be $6.99
There is also a bar at the motel just across from the hospitality room.
